The coaching begins with personal 360-degree assessment of each leader. At the same time, an assessment of group dynamics and management team’s way of operating is conducted. The coaching program consist of 2-5 days depending on the results of the analyses.

The assessments are reviewed personally and in group meetings. Each person’s development steps are defined and the management team’s chosen objects of development are projected. The program includes a follow-up session, which is carried out after 1 to 5 months.
